Returns and refunds

Sealed, unused packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
Damaged or wrong item: send a photo or unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Refunds are made to your UPI or bank account within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.
